Purpose

This policy aims to define the conditions under which refunds may be granted to students or parents, ensuring a transparent and fair process.

This policy applies to all students enrolled in Ansar School Padinjarangadi.

Policy Statement

  • Application Fees:
    • Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Tuition Fees:
    • Before Classes Begin:
      • A full refund of tuition fees will be issued if withdrawal is requested before the start of the academic term.
    • After Classes Have Started:
      • Partial refunds may be available based on the duration of attendance:
        • 75% refund if withdrawn within the first month.
        • 50% refund if withdrawn within the second month.
  • Special Circumstances:
    • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional situations, such as serious illness, family emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the control of the student or parents.
  • Requesting a Refund:
    • To request a refund, submit a written request to the school administration, including:
      • The reason for withdrawal.
      • Any supporting documentation.
    • The administration will review the request and respond within 30 days.
