Policy Statement
- Application Fees:
- Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Tuition Fees:
- Before Classes Begin:
- A full refund of tuition fees will be issued if withdrawal is requested before the start of the academic term.
- After Classes Have Started:
- Partial refunds may be available based on the duration of attendance:
- 75% refund if withdrawn within the first month.
- 50% refund if withdrawn within the second month.
- Special Circumstances:
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional situations, such as serious illness, family emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the control of the student or parents.
- Requesting a Refund:
- To request a refund, submit a written request to the school administration, including:
- The reason for withdrawal.
- Any supporting documentation.
- The administration will review the request and respond within 30 days.
